Roberts v. Forrester – U.S. District Court, Western District of Virginia
Mr. Roberts was a passenger in a vehicle which was struck head-on by a large truck pulling a competition farm tractor on a flatbed trailer. Mr. Roberts suffered leg, arm, and head injuries. Defendant counter-sued against the driver of the other vehicle. Case settled against Defendant truck driver after the Ritchie Law Firm won summary judgment motion to include corporate defendant.
